1. Season, toss together, and lay out evenly on a cooking oil sprayed pan the following ingredients: Roast for 10-12 minutes until veggies are toasty brown.
2 cups fresh broccoli florets
1 pint mushrooms, sliced
2 tbsp Abstract Spice
2. In a large serving bowl, line the bowl with:
2 cups fresh spinach
3. In a separate bowl, combine with roasted veggies:
2 cups bowtie pasta- prepared per package instructions, in salted water
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup lemon juice + *1 whole lemon for slicing as garnish
Rose Sea Salt & fresh cracked pepper to taste
1/2 cup green onions, sliced
4. Pour tossed pasta salad into spinach lined bowl. Top with lemon slices and additional green onions.
