Refund & Cancellantion Policy
At AC Art Of Food, LLC, we value your commitment to improving your health and wellness. Please review our Refund & Cancellation Policy below, which applies to all of our coaching services, digital products, and wellness goods.
1. Wellness Coaching Services

Coaching Sessions:

All purchases of individual coaching sessions are non-refundable once payment has been processed.

Clients may reschedule a session with at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited.

Coaching Memberships:

All coaching memberships require a minimum 6-month commitment.

After the initial 6-month period, memberships automatically continue on a month-to-month basis.

Clients may cancel their membership at any time after the 6-month commitment is fulfilled by providing written notice to info@acartoffood.com.

No refunds will be issued for partial months or unused sessions.

Exceptions will be considered in the event of medical emergencies or extenuating circumstances, reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

2. Digital Products (eBooks & Online Materials)

Due to the instant access nature of digital downloads (eBooks, meal plans, wellness guides, etc.), all sales are final and non-refundable.

If you experience a technical issue (such as a broken link or corrupted file), please contact us at info@acartoffood.com within 7 business days of purchase, and we will provide a working replacement file at no additional cost.
3. Physical Wellness Products
Abstract Spice Seasonings & Tea Wellness Custom Teas:

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds once products have been opened, used, or shipped.

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may request an exchange or store credit within 7 business days of delivery by contacting info@acartoffood.com with your order number and photos of the item.

Exchanges are subject to review and approval. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was on our part.
4. General Policy Notes

All requests for refunds, cancellations, or exchanges must be submitted in writing to info@acartoffood.com.
