Refund & Cancellantion Policy

At AC Art Of Food, LLC, we value your commitment to improving your health and wellness. Please review our Refund & Cancellation Policy below, which applies to all of our coaching services, digital products, and wellness goods.

1. Wellness Coaching Services

  • Coaching Sessions:

    • All purchases of individual coaching sessions are non-refundable once payment has been processed.

    • Clients may reschedule a session with at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited.

  • Coaching Memberships:

    • All coaching memberships require a minimum 6-month commitment.

    • After the initial 6-month period, memberships automatically continue on a month-to-month basis.

    • Clients may cancel their membership at any time after the 6-month commitment is fulfilled by providing written notice to info@acartoffood.com.

    • No refunds will be issued for partial months or unused sessions.

    • Exceptions will be considered in the event of medical emergencies or extenuating circumstances, reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

2. Digital Products (eBooks & Online Materials)

  • Due to the instant access nature of digital downloads (eBooks, meal plans, wellness guides, etc.), all sales are final and non-refundable.

  • If you experience a technical issue (such as a broken link or corrupted file), please contact us at info@acartoffood.com within 7 business days of purchase, and we will provide a working replacement file at no additional cost.

3. Physical Wellness Products

Abstract Spice Seasonings & Tea Wellness Custom Teas:

  • For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds once products have been opened, used, or shipped.

  • If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may request an exchange or store credit within 7 business days of delivery by contacting info@acartoffood.com with your order number and photos of the item.

  • Exchanges are subject to review and approval. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was on our part.

4. General Policy Notes

  • All requests for refunds, cancellations, or exchanges must be submitted in writing to info@acartoffood.com.

  • AC Art Of Food reserves the right to refuse a refund, cancellation, or exchange if the request does not meet the conditions outlined above.

  • By purchasing our services and products, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
