At ACAOF Meal Prep Company, we are committed to delivering top-quality meals that are both tasty and nutritious. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and if you're not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to assist with refunds or returns.

Refunds:

If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it to request a refund. We will gladly issue a full refund or credit to your account for the total purchase price. Kindly note that all refunds are subject to review and approval by our customer service team.

Returns:

In case you receive a damaged or defective product, reach out to us within 24 hours of receiving your order to request a return. We will be more than happy to arrange for a return and replacement of the damaged or defective product. Please be aware that all returns are subject to review and approval by our customer service team.

Cancellation Policy:

If you need to cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible, no later than Friday at 12 noon. Cancellations are subject to our approval and may incur a $10 cancellation fee.
