What is ACAOF Meal Prep?

The ACAOF Meal Prep is an exclusive gourmet healthier eating meal prep service that provides portioned delicious and nutritious meals for your convenience.

Is there a minimum order requirement?

Yes, there is a 5 meal order minimum. Meals can be mixed and matched to create your desired combination of 5 or more meals.

How does ACAOF Meal Prep gather customer feedback?

A week after your initial order, we will send you a short customer survey to collect feedback and help us serve you better.

What is the deadline for placing orders? 

All orders must be placed by 9 am on Thursdays.

How are the meals packaged?

Meals are packaged in individual freezer/microwave-safe containers for your convenience.

Is there a subscription option available?

Yes, weekly and monthly recurring payment membership/subscription for ease and convenience are available upon request.

Can I return the meal containers?

Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept the containers back. However, we encourage you to reuse and recycle them as they are microwave and dishwasher-safe.

Can I place an order over the phone?

Yes! You can text our Customer Service Team your order at 678.458.4672 by 9am Thursdays and an invoice will be sent directly to you!

When are the menus released?

Menus are released on the ACAOF Meal Prep site page every Sunday for ordering.

How should I store my ACAOF Meal Prep meals?

The integrity of each ACAOF Meal Prep meal is contingent on proper refrigeration storage. Meals not eaten immediately should be refrigerated or frozen immediately.

Where can I find the ingredients, nutritional values, and macros for your meals?

You can find all the details for each meal on our menu page.

Are your meals healthy?

Yes! All of our meals are dietitian-approved to ensure they work well for most nutritional needs. We weigh and measure all of our ingredients to ensure the most accurate calorie and macronutrient content. We also make health-conscious substitutions whenever possible.

Where is your meal pick-up location?

Meal Pick-up is on SATURDAYS: 9:30am at Welcome All Park Facility center- 4255 Will Lee Road, College Park, GA 30349.

How does your meal delivery service work?

Our meal delivery service works simply and deliciously! Pick your meals & place your order, our chefs cook your meals, we have meals delivered to drop-off locations, and then you heat, enjoy, and repeat!

Do you offer discounts for military, first responders, or medical workers?

Yes! AC Art Of Food supports our military, first responders, and frontline medical staff with a 10% discount on all orders.

Can I cancel or get a refund once my order is placed?

Due to the nature of our service, cancellations and refunds cannot be offered once your meal order has been submitted.

Can I freeze my meals?

Absolutely!  Our meals are packaged in freezer safe sealed containers and reheat beautifully preserving flavor and nutrient values!
