Cha-Cha-Cha-Chia Pudding Recipe

Chia seeds may be tiny, but they pack a powerful punch to your health! Full of protein, fiber, vitamins and minerals, these tiny seeds are an essential part of a healthy lifestyle!


Try this deliciously super healthy, creamy, cool pudding for breakfast or a healthy treat! Mix in cocoa powder for a power-packed chocolatey antioxidant dessert! But to be clear, nothing makes this pudding sing like topping it with granola!


Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup chia seeds

  • 1 1/2 cup plant based milk (almond, hemp, cashew, oat, pea, etc)

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla

  • 1-2 tbsp natural sweetener (honey, agave, maple syrup)


The Process:

  1. Combine and mix completely all ingredients.

  2. Refrigerate overnight- for at least 6 hours.

  3. Enjoy plain or add 'goodness and mercies' like fresh/dried fruit, shredded coconut, nuts, or even dark chocolate chips!
