Usually when one thinks of healthy eating, salad tends to come to mind. I would have to also say that the trusty chicken breast would be commonly be included in the lineup. However, the perfect cooking of that chicken breast tends to intimidate. And the number one fear, hands down, is making it too dry! In all honesty, this was a concern of mine for a long time. That is until I found a sure-fire way for juicy delicious chicken breasts...EVERY TIME!
Responsibly raised, antibiotic free organic chickens are a great source of lean protein. Versatility in preparation and the perfect addition to any dish is the reason why I was so adamant on finding the best way to prepare this fowl.
How can grilled chicken breasts be used you ask?
add grilled veggies for kabobs
tossed in a salad
sandwich with lettuce and tomato on toasted bread
collab with kale salad and wrap up in a tortilla
season with cumin and chili powder for chicken tacos/nachos
add to a lettuce leaf and top with a sauce of: soy sauce + sweet chili sauce + sriracha
slice in strips and tag team with your favorite sauce
toss in a soup
top a potato (sweet potato even!)
add mayo, dijon, celery, onion, and apple for chicken salad
add to your favorite pasta dish
top on a homemade pizza
I will say less and drop the recipe right...about...NOW!
