Had an awesome time yesterday afternoon teaching a beautiful group of fellow Mocha Moms how taking care of themselves and their families can be healing, simple, and delicious. These leaders learned about using fresh herbs and citrus to reinvent the most basic of dishes and how processed foods have absolutely no place in the human body. This group participated and received a hands on approach to techniques that will literally ‘cut’ their kitchen time in half! My main objective yesterday was met. While it’s therapeutic for me to ‘give fish’ for all to enjoy, being able to ‘teach others to fish’ is the most rewarding of all.
