After the Holiday Simple Spaghetti Bake


​…day after the holiday, no one wants anymore bbq, first day back at work was crazy, and, oh yeah, the kids are out for the summer and attack as soon as you step foot in the house with, ‘Maaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa, WHAT’S FOR DINNER?!?!?’ 😤 YES, you could scream, turn and walk back out. But come on now, that’s just not how we Superwomen do it, now is it? Well let me help take some of the edge off with a super simple-getter-done-dinner that’ll put a fork full of goodness and mercy in everyone’s mouth! So grab a glass of red and lets get in and out of that kitchen in about an hour- ready……LET’S GO!






SUPER SIMPLE SPAGHETTI BAKE

Ingredients:

Preheat oven to 400°

1 lb ground turkey

4 cups cooked spaghetti

2 tbsp dried basil

1 tbsp garlic powder

1 tbsp onion powder

1 tbsp Abstract Spice

4 cups marinara

1/4 cup olive oil

1 cup grated parmesan

2 cups mozzarella

Procedure:

  1. Brown ground turkey and season with garlic powder, onion powder, Abstract Spice, and basil, set aside.

  2. In a greased 8 inch pan, layer cooked noodles, olive oil, parmesan, 1/2 cup of the mozzarella, ground turkey, and sauce- mix well in pan.

  3. Top with remaining mozzarella and bake on 400° for 20 minutes, when cheese is browning and bubbly.

* Make it veggie: sub 2 cups each chopped fresh spinach and mushrooms in place of ground turkey.

Serve and enjoy!
