Cancellation Policy

Welcome to AC Art Of Food's Weekly Coaching Program! These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in AC Art Of Food's ("ACAOF", "we", "us", or "our") weekly coaching program (the "Program"). By enrolling in the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms. 1. Program Description The Program is a one-on-one coaching program designed to help you achieve your health and wellness goals through a focus on mindfulness. Virtual sessions are 1 hour long and scheduled at a mutually agreeable time between you and your ACAOF coach. We offer two enrollment options: Pay Per Session: $75 per session Monthly Enrollment Subscription: $260 per month (includes 4 weekly sessions) 2. Payment and Billing Pay Per Session: Payment of $75 is due before each coaching session + a $2 booking fee. 3. Cancellation and Rescheduling Payments are non-refundable. You may reschedule your coaching session with at least 15 days' notice. Missed sessions with less than 15 days' notice will be forfeited. 4. Communication We will primarily communicate with you via email and/or text. You are responsible for ensuring your email address and accurate phone number are both current and that you can receive emails and texts from us. 5. Confidentiality We will maintain the confidentiality of all information you share during coaching sessions, subject to legal and ethical obligations. We expect you to maintain the confidentiality of any information shared by your coach. 6. Disclaimer The Program is for informational purposes only and is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified healthcare provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition. AC Art Of Food has a medical professionals on staff to assist upon request. 7. Termination We reserve the right to terminate your participation in the Program at any time for any reason, with or without notice. You may terminate your participation in the Program at any time, but any pre-paid sessions will be non-refundable. 8. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia. 9. Entire Agreement These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and AC Price/AC Art Of Food regarding your participation in the Program and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written.
