An Abstract Way To Steep The Perfect Cup

  • Use fresh cold water to bring to the temperature right before boiling, ideally 180 degrees.
  • Steep 1 teaspoon of loose leaf herbs for every 8-10 ounces water.
  • Steep tea herbs for at least 4-5 minutes for ideal wellness benefits- the longer the steep the stronger and potentially more bitter the flavor.

    • How to steep without a traditional steeper:
      • In a heat safe glass jar with lid, add prefferred tea herbs
      • Add desired hot water and let steep
      • Grab your favorite mug and a mesh strainer 
      • Holding the mesh strainer over your favorite mug, pour/strain glass jar steeped tea into your mug.
      • Enjoy prepared your favorite way: plain, lemon, honey/natural sweetener, milk/creamer, etc.
      • Preserve remaining tea in glass jar with lid and store in the refrigerator for up to 2-days for optimal potency.
