It's so important to try and incorporate these two super wonders of the earth in your diet, and my deliciously rich and healing Spiced Golden Turmeric Green Tea, that's good all year around, is perfect when it's a bit nasty out!
Spiced Golden Turmeric Green Tea
8oz. hot green tea (steeped 5 minutes)
2 tsps ground turmeric
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
2-4 ounces plant based milk
1 tbsp honey, to taste
1. In a large mug, add spices and mix in honey until a paste is formed.
2. Add steeped green tea.
3. Stir in plant based milk and enjoy!
