For the month of March, AC Art Of Food is hosting its Breakfast of Champions Challenge where we will swap out our usual breakfast fare of toast, eggs, pancakes, sausage, etc., for a
100% FRUIT ONLY breakfast!

The benefits of an all fruit breakfast is life changing, for the BETTER! There's no better way to 'break' the 'fast' (after your glass of warm water of course) than with the true fruits of the earth!

After a good night's rest, the body is optimized with whole fruits that replenish the body with nutrients and minerals that detoxify, hydrate, and encourage optimal digestion.

It is imperative that no other foods are consumed at this time.
Combining these super delicious plants with other foods such as breads and dairy, will slow the process and effectiveness of your whole fruit, leading to slow digestion, food rot, and bad bacteria in the gut.
