Below is a 'Kitchen Culinary Overhaul List' that will assist you in maintaining your clean eating lifestyle for next week and beyond. Feel free to add/omit based on your preferences and dietary needs. Some of these items you may already have on hand in your kitchen- if not, try to build your health arsenal over time, it's worth it!
While everything listed below supports next week's challenge, do what you can. This is not a one-time 'diet' challenge. The 7 Day Flex Taste & Move Challenge was specifically designed to jump-start you to eating clean way past the 7th day. Remember, this is a lifestyle change that suffices for a lifetime!
What's more, several of the challenge recipes are for 2 or more servings, and based on your appetite possibly more. Between Kroger, Aldi, Trader Joe's, and your local farmer's markets like Simply Produce, these items are easily attainable.
After the challenge, you will have some items left over. Again remember, because this is not a diet, but yet the kick-off to your new lifestyle, these healthy food staples won't (and shouldn't)go to waste!

- 1 large bag or 3 small bags/bunches fresh kale, bagged (chopped)
- 1 pkg romaine lettuce hearts
- 2 White/Vidalia onions
- 2 red onions
- 6 pints sliced white mushrooms
- 2 portobello mushroom caps
- 1 Yellow pepper
- 1 Red pepper
- 1 bunch fresh parsley
